Karen was excellent, I also loved that there was a choice of ten minute hand, foot or scalp massage as part of the treatment while the face mask was on. Overall very soothing and relaxing. When we come to stay again, I’ll be booking in for another treatment. Will certainly recommend the whole experience to friends.

We all came out completely relaxed and treated like royalty. Our massages all exceeded the 60-minute allocation which we couldn't believe! Honestly this was the BEST massage that I have EVER had (I’ve experienced many). My husband went for the back, neck, face and scalp massage and also said how amazing it was. I had the full body massage ‘pro sleep’. Mayo used a variety of firm and relaxing strokes from my feet to scalp and temples. She addressed muscle tension that I wasn’t even aware of - particularly in my feet and forearms. An unbelievable experience from the ambiance of the room, the room temperature and Mayo’s expertise. An absolute MUST if staying at The Manor House hotel 😊
