I was a mess yesterday when I went to see Helen for reflexology I suffer with Multiple sclerosis (MS) mainly in my legs & Helen worked really hard on my feet yesterday, since I found Helen my life has really improved, I would recommend Helen to everyone

It was my first time ever experiencing reflexology or a massage of any kind before. I was extremely nervous to do this but Helen was absolutely fantastic. I instantly felt at ease and ive left feeling like I have a new lease of life! I couldn't recommend Helen more, I instantly booked to visit again and im sure I will keep coming back. A 10/10 atmosphere and experience, ive never felt calm like it!

Fantastic experience from start to end! Helen was very knowledgeable ands gave great, honest advice. I had cranial/facial reflexology but had never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. I absolutely loved it 🥰 The setting was serene and relaxing, the treatment was slow yet therapeutic and it felt so good! I felt refreshed, relaxed and revived when I came out and will definitely be going again! Thank you Helen 🥰
