I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

I had an amazing Japanese Head Spa today with Heidi. A totally relaxing treatment leaving my scalp and hair in great condition. Also includes a massage for arms, neck and feet. I left the salon feeling totally chilled. I'm happy to highly recommend both the treatment and Silk Beauty and Wellness Clinic.

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

Wonderful massage by a kind and.considerate lady. I can't lie, I had the therapeutic massage and I expected it to be a bit sore. I was far more tense, tight and twisted than realised so it hurt a lot at times. At the end I was much looser, straighter and generally felt so so much better even though the stretches were challenging at times. I will be going again and hopefully after a few treatments I will be fixed and maintenance massages will be more relaxing than therapeutic. Thank you so much.

For the first time in a very long time, I booked a 1hr Thai massage as I was feeling out of sorts and nothing was helping with chronic pain. My osteopath recommended Thai massage & oh my days, I am so glad he did!! This has to be one of the most amazing (if not painful at times 😆) massages I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough. She literally performs magic on your overworked, tight muscles. I walked out of there feeling a good 2” taller than when I had hobbled in. I will be going back and have recommended both my husband and my sister to have their massages here.

I booked this appointment very late the night before after having a ‘niggle’ in my shoulder. Despite this Heidi made the effort to read my concerns regarding the tightness I had before the appointment and discussed further in person. She then created a beautifully tailored massage for me - all on the comfort of my lunch break. A must visit. Thank you again. The team at Silk are wonderful.

I have had a number of massages with Charlotte booked through her mobile service. However, it was my first massage at The Retreat and it was everything I anticipated and more. What a sanctuary Charlotte has created. The room smelt beautiful, is decorated to a high standard and felt so cosy. The attention to detail at The Retreat is what makes the experience so unique. Charlotte accommodates your needs and tailors the massage to suit you. If you have any tension, Charlotte will find it and use a holistic approach to relieve that tension. Booked a last minute 30 minute back massage due to have trouble with my neck. Iv had a fair few massages because of the line of work I am in and this one was up there with one of the best. Daisy-Jane listened to where the problems were and paid attention to them areas especially. I was at ease with her straight away which when visiting a new place is great. I will definitely be back. Experience was made better by the online booking too.

I had a fantastic pedicure with Livy. She’s incredibly friendly and made the appointment feel relaxed and welcoming. The service was excellent, with a beautifully neat gel application and a very relaxing foot scrub. Her hygiene practices are outstanding, so you feel completely comfortable and well cared for throughout. Highly recommend her services!
