Honestly, that top-to-toe massage was next level. I went in feeling knotted, tired, and frazzled… and came out like I’d been rebooted. Every bit of tension melted away, head to feet, and the whole experience always feels so thoughtful and grounding. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I was floating out the door. Absolute magic, as always.

Fantastic Reflexology treatment by Emma. Very relaxing but kind of invigorating too. Always good to be told which parts of your body (identified through the foot massage) needs attention and some tlc! Love this treatment.

I had my first Thai massage today and it certainly won't be my last! I walked in feeling very tired and lethargic and left feeling like a different person. Best way I can explain it is, Thai massage seems to be a combination of a deep tissue massage on the lower leg coupled with reflexology, including a few techniques I haven't experienced before. I'm sure Emma could explain more clearly!! I would highly recommend..

Five Stars, Incredible Every Single Time! I’ve just had another amazing top-to-toe massage and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The full body treatment was heavenly, feet, face, hair, everything. She pays attention to every little detail, and you can really feel the difference in her technique and intuition. My muscles feel lighter, my mind feels clearer, and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. She’s consistently outstanding, and each session somehow feels better than the last.

Tia was amazing, I had the Autumn package of a back massage, facial and scalp massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. Tia also did my eyebrows which I also love.

I've had a few treatments with Amy now, Indian head massages, Accupuncture and hot stone massage. Each session has been super relaxing and Amy always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic full body massage from Emma today.. I didn't realise how tense my body had been until after the massage. Following the massage I was given a reflexology treatment. If you haven't had one I would highly recommend it. Your feet reveal alot about your body, believe me!! Needless to say I walked out of the salon feeling very refreshed and already looking forward to my next treatment x

I had a lovely Rose Quartz body massage followed by a Reflexolgy treatment today by Emma. A full consultation meant Emma could assess my needs and the massage was spot on. The tension I was holding in my back and shoulders soon melted away. The Reflexology treatment revealed alot of issues going on! But again a very relaxing experience. The aftercare advice was thorough too.

I had a lovely pampering and relaxing afternoon with Amy today. She gave me a fantastic back massage, and facial with an Indian head massage. Then I had paraffin wax hand treatment and foot treatment which was warming and moisturising. I hadn't had this before and really enjoyed it

I have multiple disabilities and I am always in pain. Alternate therapies are how I mange my conditions and pain levels. Both Emma and Amy are amazing at making me feel relaxed and comfortable during my massages and other treatments.. regular sessions have really helped me. I would highly recommend Dream Therapy for helping us manage the everyday stress and strains and taking time for ourselves.
