Had a great massage with Trudy. The warm bamboo massage was amazing, as was the Thai foot massage. Trudy knows what she is doing. She worked on the knots on my back with her hands, elbow and the warm bamboo. My feet, back and shoulders felt better straight away and gave me an overall sense of wellness. I will definitely be returning! :)
