I've been having Hollywood waxes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say Lottie is by far the best I've ever been to. Today's appointment was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. Had a Hollywood wax, Ellie was amazing with it, so quick and efficient it barely even hurt after the first couple strips haha. Good facilities as well with a great use of the space!

I had the Rocks facial today and I have to say, it was amazing. Ana take great care in making every second you are with her just beautiful. She has a fabulous way with her and I can honestly say, I ALWAYS come out feeling amazing and pampered and relaxed and thoroughly taken care of. The facial itself has given my skin a new lease of life and is 100% worth having. Thank you Anastasia for making every treatment such a lovely experience.

Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. Abi was professional, respectful and had a calming influence throughout my treatment today. The facial, back massage and foot massage was first class.
