Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. Jess takes the time to prep my nails and they always last. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for beauty treatments. Jess knows exactly how I like my eyebrows and lashes, plus, she will do all she can to ensure she can fit an appointment in.
