I'm very pleased with my lashes! Holly is so lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The salon was easy to find and is set in a beautiful, unique location, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely love my lashes and can't wait for my next appointment. Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. Had a Hollywood wax, Ellie was amazing with it, so quick and efficient it barely even hurt after the first couple strips haha. Good facilities as well with a great use of the space!

I've been having Hollywood waxes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say Lottie is by far the best I've ever been to. Today's appointment was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. Jess takes the time to prep my nails and they always last. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for beauty treatments. Jess knows exactly how I like my eyebrows and lashes, plus, she will do all she can to ensure she can fit an appointment in. You can either chat away or be quiet, Jess is a calm person to spend the appointment time with. All in all an excellent service 😊
