I've been having Hollywood waxes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say Lottie is by far the best I've ever been to. Today's appointment was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. I had a facial and back massage with Tara at The Lotus Room and it was amazing. The massage was so relaxing and the facial left my skin refreshed. Tara is welcoming, professional and made the whole experience feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Tash was very informative, very friendly and my mini pedi was fantastic. So pleased with my gel toes. She took her time to help me decide on a colour from the many to choose from. I would definitely recommend.
