Daniela was fantastic - knew exactly what I wanted - small trim and then blow dry straight (as I have naturally curly hair). She was very professional and kept me informed of each stage of how she was going to trim before blow dry and then tidy up afterwards. Would fully recommend - Sequoia in Newbury has a wonderful calming atmosphere - and all the staff were so friendly.

Jill is amazing: I just had reflexology and a targeted facial, both divine. I also have mani-pedi, massages etc..with Jill, and they are all the best. Jill is also the kindest, most considerate person you’ll meet - I highly recommend her. Love the hairdressing team too, I would not go anywhere else now!

Great first experience at Elcot Park Retreat and I really appreciated not feeling rushed. I left with a great hair cut which was just what I wanted hence the 5***** review. It’s a beautiful setting too so worth a ten minute drive from Newbury.

Super but assistants are needed for blow drys at Elcot if you are offering colours otherwise the service is not as good as the Newbury salon. Twice now told there isn’t time or capacity for a blow dry which is disappointing.

Kayleigh did my nails and my daughter’s. Kayleigh was really professional and a delight to talk to! I’m sure it’s really difficult having to inter-face with the public all day, but she was able to make us feel genuinely valued as customers and she was really interesting to chat to. She made my daughter feel a million pounds as she’s never had her nails done before (she’s only 10). She loved the hand massage and the colour, and Kayleigh made her feel very grown up. My nails are a great colour and, 5 days on, they are chip free and look great! Kayleigh is a great asset to your business!
