The best massaues in Birmingham. After having tried several other places I have found someone who has actually helped relieve pain in my lower back and hip flexors. Have to try the deep tissue massage no pain no relief.

Absolutely amazing Depp tissue massage! I feel incredible after my treatment. The therapist June was highly skilled, professional, and knew exactly where to relieve the tension in my muscles. I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. It was also her first day at the Wylde Green location within Therapy & Flow, and you’d never have known. Great location, fantastic value and I can’t wait to book again. Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An amazing experience 👏👏👏 I have been visiting Jane at Therapy & Flow for several years . She just knows what your aching body needs . Her holistic approach is truly wonderful . I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . Basically after every visit , my body is put back to factory settings , ready for an another episode of daily life . Would truly recommend her 🌸👍🏻

I have been going to Jane for treatments for a number of years and she is completely amazing. The whole treatment is always the most relaxed I ever feel as I find it hard to switch off. I would highly recommend Jane for any massage, reiki, reflexology or facial as you really won’t find better.

My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.
