On my first visit to Ouch Waxing Studio, Suzanne made a great impression, she’s clearly very good at what she does, working efficiently while still making the experience comfortable and easy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. What really stood out, though, was Luna, the concierge, who adds such a warm and thoughtful touch to the visit.

After 30 + years of waxing Suzanne is by far the best in the business. Quality products, professional at home studio with friendly, funny banter to take your mind off the actual hair removal. Absolutely recommend Ouch Waxing Studio.

Suz is amazing at what she does, highly skilled and professional. Does the best eyebrows on the Shire too. Her custom built studio is so immaculately clean and modern I wouldn’t think of getting my waxing done anywhere else... ooh and now she has a sauna! Looks awesome I can’t wait to give it a go!
