Brow lamination and tint was fantastic. Lash lift and tint OK! It took 25min wait to pay as they couldn’t work out my booking cost and deposit against the treatments which was a crazy amount of time to wait

I had my brows done by Ellie. I always go to her! She’s been nothing but professional and kind every time! This was the first time I had my lashes tinted and lifted and wow! Grace was great! She explained what she was doing! She explained the process and how to look after them! She was a great talker but also an amazing listener! She let me vent and being a nurse it was nice to be able to relax after a hard day! She really took care of me and made me feel like I was human! She is a bright and bubbly personality! I had a wedding and my usual lash lady lost my booking- Thankfully, this studio took me in last minute and gave me lash infill. First thing I noticed is how clean the place is, and how amazing it smelt. The lash chair was super comfy, and they gave me a blanket to cover my skort while I got my lashes done. The beautician was gentle and gave my eyes a lot of care. I received a 10% discount too, and the ladies were super friendly. Unfortunately for my usual lash lady, I probably won’t be back given how awesome my experience was here.
