Great service! I booked a MANicure with Black Phoenix Beauty, the studio was clean and tidy, Tammy even offered to change the music to my preference so I would be comfortable and relaxed. Also she took her time to give me some tips on general nail care. I give the overall service two MANicured thumbs up! 👍🏾👍🏾

Mali is truly a blessing. When I went for my appointment she was not feeling the best (probably because she goes and above and beyond for her clients and tries to accommodate everyone and at times neglects herself) and she was polite and professional as always. Even though I said we could reschedule because I knew she wasn't well, she said I booked my appointment in advance and she will not let me leave without my nails being done (which she did to perfection as usual). You really won't find a better nail tech.. She is truly the best!

Kimberly is very pleasant and talented. She takes her time to ensure that you receive a good product and her work is IMPRESSIVE! Both times I got excellent service. Aneisha is patient, very communicative and the in studio experience was great. I dont really talk alot and I think she has a great balance of making conversation and also allowing clients to enjoy the experience without being overly chatty. Her technical work is great and retention is amazing. Her nails stood the test of the daily cleaning and cooking I do plus washing my hair and gym twice a day. That was the best retention, no chipping etc. I've ever experienced. I got nail art on my second visit and it was exactly what I asked for. Great job!

Life does be life-ing and because of this you have to find ways to bring the happy or re-route the stress that comes with the life-ing for me that's my nails. I feel sometimes my request are over the top and I appreciate my nail tech - Tanika for putting up with me and make my vision come to life on my nails. I consider my nail appointments as my installation of happy until my next appointment and then the fresh happy comes in. Tanika never disappoints in the short time i have been a client. had a wonderful experience at Ormya! I got a French gel manicure, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out—clean, classic, and beautifully done. The salon itself is spotless, which immediately put me at ease, and she was very polite and professional throughout. You can really tell she cares about both hygiene and customer service.
