Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend
