She explained what she was doing as we went along and how my brows would likely react to the treatment in the days and weeks afterwards. Such a lovely afternoon ☺️ I felt very relaxed and well looked after. Every step of the process was clearly explained and then carried out. We had a great natter and i left with beautifuleyebrows 🥰 Cherri is very knowledgeable and experienced and you can tell she's very passionate about what she does as she explains what's she's doing at every point and why. The aftercare advice was clearly explained and the aftercare goody bag was a nice touch 🥰 Love my eyebrows thank you Cherri 🥰

I had the most incredible experience having a facial treatment with Ceri. From start to finish the whole treatment was so relaxing. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, which made it even easier to fully switch off and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect combination of a luxury spa treatment and results-driven skincare. I could see an immediate difference afterwards - my face was much more defined and my skin had a really radiant glow. I’m officially hooked and will definitely be returning on a regular basis. I can’t recommend Ceri highly enough!

Dr Roberta is just lovely, she is very knowledgeable and makes sure she listens to what your concerns/wants are, then tells you everything she can do to help. She didn’t try to over sell packages or products which was refreshing! Her advice was professionally based to help you get the best for you as an individual. I highly recommend a consultation if you are considering aesthetics because Dr Roberta offers an extensive range of treatments that complement each other and your skin too.

This was my 3rd micro needling with Dr Roberta, and as both times before it was perfect. The room is clean and comfortable, Dr Roberta is amazing, kind, happy and always goes through the procedure and aftercare in great detail, answering any questions you may have. I can highly recommend Dr Roberta to all, my skin has never looked so good and her technique is flawless!
