Having attended 3 reflexology sessions with Julie I am finding my pain is improving with each one. She is extremely professional and thorough with her approach, explaining everything in detail, and the environment is excellent, so tranquil and relaxing. I had a Face Ritual plus foot reflexology with Jenny and highly recommend! I've had plenty of facials over the years, but this was another level! I came away feeling so rested and like I'd properly switched off for a while. My skin looks and feels fantastic. Jenny is truly a master of her craft and every part of the treatment felt carefully considered. She is really warm and you feel so well looked after throughout. I'm a reflexology convert!!

Beautiful massage parlour and a reflexology that is relaxing after a few days of 10km walks. Thank you Sarah for being so hospitable and sweet! Highly recommend for anyone who needs to be pampered! Would love to try a full body massage by their main masseuse one day :)

That was amazing 🤩 I'm still melting with relaxation! An hour of back and shoulder massage with lymphatic reflexology and I can't find the words to explain how lovely I feel. I got "the bliss"! I never went for massages until I met Lucia but today was my first experience of reflexology and I'm hooked! I can't wait to come back! Thank you so much xx

Jessie is amazing at everything she does! She never disappoints. She does everything from massages, foot reflexology, reiki sessions, laser treatments and much more. Hands down this is the best massage I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to many places all over the world. Jessie listens, pays attention to detail and takes care of you. I highly recommend booking a session with her. I never knew I needed a Jessie in my life!

Alyson's room is wonderful; calm and welcoming, as is she. I booked in for the Zone Lift Facial which was amazing. Once I was settled on the couch, I experienced the most amazing treatment. Cleanse, exfoliation, cleansing sage, crystals, gua-sha, hands on, ending with a mask (and foot reflexology whilst the mask was working its magic) It was just what the doctor ordered and I am now saving my pennies so I can experience one of her Goddess rituals. Thoroughly recommend

It was the first time my boyfriend and myself went to Eco day spa. It was seriously wonderful. Its beautiful in the building and very friendly staff. We had the foot reflexology and a 90 min couples massage with the pain relief cream. We will be going back.

My husband and I booked 90-minute massages plus a one-hour foot reflexology session at Healing and Massage Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. He got the deep tissue massage and said the pressure was perfect — firm, thorough, and exactly what his tight muscles needed. I chose the Swedish massage, and it was so relaxing and smooth. I felt completely comfortable and stress-free the entire time. The foot reflexology was next-level. After being on our feet all the time, that extra hour focused just on our feet felt incredible.
