I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. The reflexology was just as brilliant – I felt lighter and more balanced afterwards. It’s clear that Nicola is highly skilled and genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best. Had my first pamper pedicure today and oh my it was lush, so relaxing and my feet feel soft and like walking on clouds. The scalp and arm massage were amazing too and I felt so relaxed. What a treat to give your feet. Thank you Keely xx

Carla is simply the best! I went for the first time today and had reflexology which was amazing! So relaxing had a lovely herbal tea to start whilst I had the best foot soak! Including the most gorgeous leg massage I feel so relaxed

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Carla. She took the time to explain the process and showed me the difference the massage had made to my legs. During each section, Carla gave me tips on how to help the lymphatic drain myself and showed me how to do some of the massaging on my own body. The whole experience was lovely - the therapy room was lovely and warm and the heated bed was bliss. I will definitely be returning.

I felt really at ease with Nicola. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the treatments and made me feel very comfortable. A woman that knows her craft! The reflexology and manual lymphatic drainage treatments were amazing. ☆☆☆☆☆ I will 100% be visiting again soon.

I had a massage today with Carla for the first time in years. It was by far the best and I left totally relaxed. Carla is such a kind and caring person and the room has a lovely ambience for total relaxation. I would fully recommend her.

I had reflexology, scalp massage and reiki which were all an amazing experience. It helped me understand some issues I’ve been facing in my body and directed me on how to address them. The reiki was unreal, I left feeling so refreshed. Nicola is amazing and I’ll definitely be back again.
