Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is helping me build a toolkit to survive the flare-ups and tackle everyday life, its a working process. After 6 sessions, the toolkit and reviewing my lifestyle, we are both happy with how my body is responding. Its a journey for me, but so glad l found Sharnnie to keep me company xx

Sharnnie is amazing. I was struggling with both mental and physical health and thought I’d give reflexology a go - I was honestly blown away by how well I responded. The night after my first session with Sharnnie, I had my record amount of ‘deep sleep’ stage on my Apple Watch which I’d had hardly any of. I always look forward to my weekly treatments. I have full body massages and reflexology. Each experience is beneficial to my physical and mental wellbeing. I suffer from several health conditions that impact on every aspect of my daily living conditions. These treatments give me pleasure and hope of facing another day. A couple of weeks ago I had my flu and covid injection. I was feeling a.lot of pain in the injection site. The following day after reflexology I was amazed the pain was no longer. I have been having these vaccinations for years and have never experienced this before.

The treatment I receive targets my specific needs and is helping me on the road to recovery.

I visit weekly for full body massages and reflexology treatments. I find these therapies complimentary and beneficial to my physical and mental health wellbeing. Last week I indulged in another pampering session in preparation for a wedding. Once again I experienced a variety of other Treatments available, which I will no doubt be using in the near future. I had reflexology,paraffin wax on hands and feet, manicure/pedicure, gel nails and eye brow s waxed.
