Absolutely amazing! I had the luxury reflexology treatment and it was very relaxing, and I like quite firm massages and Liz was brilliant with the pressure applied! Just what I needed 😊 My feet felt so soft and light after treatment. I 100% recommend all the treatments Liz has to offer, she is fantastic and can’t wait for my Indian head massage 😊

Tranquility achieved! Before my treatment I was sceptical about the benefits of reflexology. Afterwards I couldn't believe how refreshed and relaxed I was. Ruth is a thorough, thoughtful and compassionate therapist; I was completely at ease in the lovely surroundings. Ruth's NHS background and training gave me the confidence to book my first treatment and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Repeat visit, ultra relaxing reflexology and reiki

Liz, always makes me feel so welcome. So today I had two relaxing treatments. Luxury reflexology and a hot stone back and neck massage. I felt so relaxed after these two treatments.

My leg massage and reflexology session was lovely this morning, Lucy took time to understand my current medical and emotional health and was attentive and responsive throughout the treatment. Cosy and warm room and I felt very nurtured and restored afterwards. 10/10 would recommend and am going back for an Indian head massage next time! Xx

This was the first time I had met Liz, i saw a promotion she was doing on social media and thought I would treat myself. From the start of booking she was so professional and very helpful. I had luxury reflexology. On arrival we went through all the paperwork and important information she needed. I explained to Liz I had cancer and I loved reflexology to help me relax especially as I have chemo every 3 weeks. She was very understanding and she was very informative and explained everything she was going to do during the treatment. It was so lovely to relax and enjoy. Thankyou

Came across Lioness’ Den by chance online for a spray tan. What a great place. Rebecca made my daughter feel so relaxed for her first spray tan (for her prom) and was straight forward from booking to completion. Would 100% recommend and would defo return in the future.
