As always, the service (From the talented Grace) was beyond exceptional. As long as Grace is working at NOAH Melbourne, I will be a faithful costomer. Now, In My Not So Humble Opinion, you should offer just facial massages, maybe 20-minute sessions or so, and (if you already do, I did not see the option at the Melbourne site) straight razor shave.

I traveled from NY to catch an eagle cow oys game and needed a cut, Exclusives website caught my eye, I was more than happy with the Great customer service, everyone is polite and Freddie's skill level with the straight razor is unbelievable, one of the best experiences at a barber shop for sure.

The tea tree oil for my beard burns my skin. Forehead and cheek bones, not where the straight razor shaved. Tried it twice to confirm, no clay mask the second time. Is there an alternative next time?

Excellent service! Niko did an awesome job, my son enjoyed the Hot towel straight razor shave. It was his first time and he felt good. He definitely recommends it and will get this shave again!!

Imran was amazing - best cutthroat/straight razor shave I've had in years, and I loved the ear and nostril hair service too (despite absolutely not expecting to!) Testament to his skill. Top quality products in use just capped off a brilliant experience, and I will absolutely be back. Can't recommend highly enough!

My 1st-time getting the King services, no hair shaved face and head. Including hot towels w/steaming suction & static type removal of dried skin and blackheads, follow by facial mask to revitalizing my skin ending with a soft & smooth face and bald head all done with a face massage. Finally, complementary drink of bourbon offered to relax tastefully. I'm looking forward to this every 3-months or as needed. Thanks Cisco, for the experience :)

I booked the Whole Shebang and Angie took great care of me. She is meticulous and gentle- the experience was very relaxing. As I’d never had a straight razor shave I was unsure what to expect but she was great and it was very relaxing.

This was my first time getting a haircut from Evan, and I was genuinely impressed. He has an incredible attention to detail and was able to craft exactly the look I wanted with very little direction. The whole experience felt like a proper barber session, from the precision in his fade work to the relaxing hot towel and straight razor cleanup. He clearly takes pride in his craft and makes sure every detail is on point. Highly recommend Evan to anyone looking for a sharp haircut and beard trim, and a genuinely classic barber experience.

Decided to try Bo out as my regular barber was on vacation. Booked a 7.30 PM slot and was assigned Sophie (great choice, system!). Went for a straight razor beard shave. The shop itself was itdy and welcoming, and Sophie was both thorough and skilled. A great shave and a good experience overall.
