Since my wax lady moved back home, I have been looking for someone new. I read the rave reviews about Anna and she lived up to them all! I will definitely be sticking with her from now on. Was visiting Abu Dhabi on a stopover and booked my daughter in here for a shampoo and blow dry. They were super-punctual, Fadi did a beautiful job of her long thick hair in only 30 minutes and the tea and biscuits they gave me were much appreciated. Will definitely return if in Abu Dhabi again.

Loved my experience at Hair Factory! All the staff were super efficient — as soon as I arrived, I was taken in for eyebrow threading, then directed to have my hair washed in preparation for my haircut. The hairdresser, Rabih, immediately understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I absolutely loved the results! What made it even better was that I got my manicure done during the haircut — such a time-saver! I was done in less than an hour, and everything cost under 100 euros.
