Both professionals were extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind throughout my entire visit. They paid great attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The atmosphere of the salon was relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated how attentive and skilled they were, and it really shows in the results. I left feeling happy and well taken care of. Was visiting Abu Dhabi on a stopover and booked my daughter in here for a shampoo and blow dry. They were super-punctual, Fadi did a beautiful job of her long thick hair in only 30 minutes and the tea and biscuits they gave me were much appreciated. Will definitely return if in Abu Dhabi again.

All the staff were super efficient — as soon as I arrived, I was taken in for eyebrow threading, then directed to have my hair washed in preparation for my haircut. The hairdresser, Rabih, immediately understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I absolutely loved the results! What made it even better was that I got my manicure done during the haircut — such a time-saver! I was done in less than an hour, and everything cost under 100 euros. Great value for money and excellent service. Thank you, Hair Factory!

Got my eyebrows done with the eyebrow lady I forgot her name it starts with P, she was very sweet and kind I loved my eyebrows they looked perfect all thanks to her! Will definitely come back to get my eyebrows done again
