I came to Abu Dhabi for vacation and I was looking for salon specialized in curly hair This is my first visit and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome that instantly made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were attentive and kind. Special thank to hairstylist Negar , the final result was even better than I imagined My curls look defined, healthy and full of life. I’m so happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back. I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

Since my wax lady moved back home, I have been looking for someone new. I read the rave reviews about Anna and she lived up to them all! I will definitely be sticking with her from now on. Was visiting Abu Dhabi on a stopover and booked my daughter in here for a shampoo and blow dry. They were super-punctual, Fadi did a beautiful job of her long thick hair in only 30 minutes and the tea and biscuits they gave me were much appreciated. Will definitely return if in Abu Dhabi again.

They made me feel really relaxed and taken care of, which I appreciated so much. Overall, it felt less like a typical appointment and more like a warm, comforting experience at home. i liked the welcome package! and Sameera's work. but wish they were more organized as i had to do my welcome package massage and alot of people came and the lady kept welcoming them while doing my massage.
