Both professionals were extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind throughout my entire visit. They paid great attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The atmosphere of the salon was relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up, which made the experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, attentive, and explained everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. She asked about my concerns and tailored the session perfectly for a beginner like me. Her technique is outstanding firm yet gentle, with the perfect balance of pressure.
