The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. I cannot wait to come back next time I am in Melbourne!

What I really appreciate now is how Ale encourages you to exercise as well, because just relying on the treatment alone isn’t sustainable. It works better when it’s combined with exercise and a healthy diet, and Ale creates a space that supports all of that.
