The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. Had my first ever Endermologie session today at The Contour Method with Jayde and it was amazing!! From start to finish, Jayde was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the process in an understandable way. I was super relaxed throughout the whole process and Jayde regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. If you are on the fence about booking an appointment - DO IT as I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks team!!
