Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

A relaxing treat every single time! My daughter and I love our monthly pamper session with Olena and the girls at Beauty Made. The Gel Pedicure is pure luxury, from the warm, welcoming salon atmosphere to the flawless treatment and attention to detail. I have had two Elim pedicures with gels & both times the ladies were meticulous. The gels last forever & I am thrilled with the results. I then had reflexology with Jo, which was so relaxing!

Tamar is brilliant, Ive been using her salon for at least 10 years. My shellac nails last a good 4 weeks, so many lovely colours to choose from. Treat yourself to a pedicure and have a back massage at the same time in the massage chair
