Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. I had such a lovely experience getting my pedicure, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The space was clean and calming, and everything was done with so much attention to detail. Vikram was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took her time to do everything perfectly. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work — my pedicure turned out absolutely beautiful!

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I had my first appointment today with the lovely Olena. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was explained everything that my treatment would involve and aftercare advice. I had the male pedicure treatment and now my feet look and feel a million times better. I work in construction and wear safety boots 10 hours + everyday so need to take care of my feet.
