Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I visited with my mother in law. She said it was the best massage she'd ever had. Little touches like a heated blanket, vapour scent where you place your face was perfect. Our masseuse was lovely, kind and released some serious tension. Definitely will go back again! 😁

Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while.
