Went for a sports massage after a case of sciatica from a to many half marathons . Took 5 sessions of shock treatment etc to put it right, thank you to Clare for your expert treatment:)

Went to see Clare for a sports massage after running too many half marathons, she knows her stuff and put some leg muscles that were playing up back to normal:)

I had my first shockwave treatment and for the first time in the morning I was able to get up with out my back hurting. Having one more treatment but so far I’m impressed. Clare so informative and respectful well recommended this treatment than a sports massage if in discomfort or pain.

Absolutely recommend - I saw Clare for a back issue I have had for a couple of weeks. She explained what she could see and what treatment she recommended, laser and sports massage, and the healing process for the injury, and also what I could do for myself at home to aid the healing. She explained clearly everything she was doing and what to expect. The treatment eased the the issue within the visit and having had the laser treatment before I know it will continue to ease over the next few days. Great friendly, clear and informative session, and an instant easing of the worst of the pain.
