Came in for tattoo removal. I first spoke to Claire on the phone, who spent so much time answering all my questions in detail. When I came in I was nervous, Jason was very relaxed and cracked and few jokes which made me feel so much better. He ensured I was comfortable and let me take the appointment at my own pace. I’m so please with the results and will be back for round 2 in 6 weeks!!

This was my first tattoo and very special as I was having it done with my son and daughter. Maddie put me at my ease immediately with her cheerful and friendly manner. She then explained the whole process, discussed size and placing and did nothing until I was sure of everything. The result was beyond my expectations and I am already thinking of my next tattoo. She helped us make a very special memory.

My immediate problems were fully addressed, but two hours later I am realising how much more needs attention. It seems likely that problems have been accumulating for some time resulting in my walking becoming slow and painful.
