Maddi was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. Before starting, she thoroughly explained the whole electrolysis process, what it involves, what I could expect during the treatment, and answered any questions I had. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was, as it made me feel much more confident and relaxed. She was professional, gentle and made the whole experience feel very easy and comfortable. 10/10 will def book again
