I went in today for tattoo camouflage, and I honestly couldn’t have felt more safe or cared for. Kyomi was so gentle, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. Kat held my hand, spoke such encouraging words, and made me feel truly seen and supported. Their compassion and care turned something emotional into such a beautiful experience. Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D

I had sclerotherapy with Raisah and the treatment was great. I am nervous around needles and squeamish with blood (not ideal for thread vein removal!) but I was put at ease the whole time, and didn’t feel any discomfort. Perfect experience.
