Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Its my first time having my hair done at a Salon, and my first time experiencing it here at Le Salon was great. Sophie was really lovely and really helpful. I went in today for tattoo camouflage, and I honestly couldn’t have felt more safe or cared for. Kyomi was so gentle, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. Kat held my hand, spoke such encouraging words, and made me feel truly seen and supported. Their compassion and care turned something emotional into such a beautiful experience. I’m so grateful to them both and couldn’t recommend them more highly. ❤️

Absolutely lovely! Kathleena made the whole process feel therapeutic. She was very attentive from the beginning- offered a consultation prior to the treatment. Deeply researched my skin concerns and advised better products. My skin felt ultra smooth and clear after the treatment, so many compliments. Definitely returning for my chemical peel next month!

Had the most pleasant experience today at my consultation in regards to my botox treatments coming up. Kristina was very accommodating and helpful in explaining everything.
