This haircut was not good for my hair type. I showed a lot of photos and my hair came out nothing like the photos, I had to rebook elsewhere to get it fixed. I asked for layers and it ended up looking choppy at the ends and lacking dimension. Elena is lovely but the haircut didn’t work for me.

Hi Bianca, thank you for your review. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the haircut and the end results. I did offer to fix the problem, I tried to accommodate by offering to come back to see me after your holiday but you never got back to me. You did show me a number of pictures and I did my best to give you want you want. If i remember correctly, you didn't want to much layering but wanted to reduce the weight, one isn't possible without the other. I would have liked the opportunity to fix any problems you had but I'm glad you were able get the look you wanted by another stylist, and happy with the end results.

I had a wonderful experience with Elena! She is so sweet, friendly, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. She listened carefully to what I wanted and cut and styled my hair exactly as I requested. She did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much, Elena!
