Cheryl is......don't know how to really explain it. Because other words can't accurately explain how amazing she is. My hair has never been in this good condition in years. Givesexcellent advice on what you want and what you should actually do. Coming to the studio is highlight excuse the pun of my month. Your studio isn't like others rather it feels like home. Groups of female friends getting together to skinner or more polite terms. We creatively converse.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

What a great find! Jessica did my nails on Friday and they are the best I've ever had! Then on Saturday, Michaela and Nichole fixed my hair in the most dramatic way - for the first time in my life, I have manageable hair after the Nano treatment! Colour and cut is also amazing! The vibe in the salon is just great - everyone is happy and friendly, and Nichole is a super-invested hands-on owner! Thank you ladies! 🤩

I visited this salon for the first time today, and I had such a wonderful experience. Booking was quick and easy, and from the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. My stylist Taahirah took care of my hair with such ease, professionalism and efficiency. She made the whole experience enjoyable and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Good day, Thank you kindly for the experience. I do wish the foot scrub is not always so rushed, but it was great with a great message, thank you. I noted the booking states a 45 minute session? 45min with B157 Peace Munetsi. So my booking was for 4pm to 4:45pm? I did arrive 5 minutes late due to traffic, on arrival, the technician was still busy , so I waited for another 5 to 7 minutes before going to the station, meaning the service started at lets say 4:12 I paid at 4:40. meaning it was not a 45 min session? Monday, July 20 at 16:15 paid at 4:40pm as per your invoice?

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and Amaraah specifically. I’ve done my hair at some of the most expensive salons in CPT that charge 5k+ for highlights, and I’ve never been as satisfied as with Amaraah. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart, and as a fine hair girly that highlights her hair that goes a long way. My highlights are always even toned because she pulls them out and rinses them at different times, and my hair health is in immaculate condition. 10/10 recommend
