Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

I can honestly say no matter how much I say Tina’s work is amazing, it still wouldn’t be enough! If you’re someone sensitive and picky about your hair like I am, I 100% recommend going to Tina — you’ll leave happy and genuinely satisfied. She worked non-stop on my hair, listened so carefully to exactly what I wanted, and recreated it perfectly, exactly like the examples on her Instagram. I had another great experience at Vancouver Barbers & Concept Hair & Beauty Studio. I had made an appointment but the barber had to attend to a family emergency, so Shirin went out of her way to get me into her chair last-minute. Fantastic cut and she made me feel very welcome.
