Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had Jake to colour and cut my hair. He was really friendly and chatty. I was really impressed with his knowledge on all things to do with hair. He put me at my ease and I was truly pampered, especially with the massage chair while having my hair washed. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Jake to do your hair.

Jake is just absolutely brilliant ! I came to him from having black box dye which i lifted myself (arrived to him orange!) and he worked his magic and i love my hair, i really can not recommend him enough :)

I had an amazing experience at cut and colours! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff (Jake) were professional, friendly, and really attentive to what I wanted. My stylist Jake took the time to understand my preferences and gave me a hair colour treatment that turned out even better than I imagined. The products they used felt high quality, and I loved how they explained tips for maintaining my hair at home. Such a brilliant experience every time. Emma did a full colour on my hair and it's lovely. A beautiful cut as well. Had a lovely conversation whilst getting my hair done. The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than a saloon. Will always be my hairdresser.

Amazing hair colour!

So happy with the colour and cut.

The experience was good but when I booked for foils I expected to have a trim too as you would normally. I had to ask for my fringe to be cut, which was in my eyes and got charged extra for this. I think the website needs to be clearer so a customer knows what to expect. I am happy with my colour, but just disappointed I never got the trim too.

I was so pleased with my manicure and pedicure last appointment that l returned today! I chose a cream nailvarnish with some gold butterfly stickers and the result was amazing! We discussed other treatments and a patch test was done there and then for a lash colour, as soon as l can get an appointment with J'adore Beaute. Thanks for everything! See you again soon.
