Emma is thoughtful, consistent and very tidy when colouring hair (no dye on my face) love the salon such a happy buzz, busy and professional. The apprentice even nipped to the Mocha lounge to get me a coffee. Definitely deserves 5 stars and more

I've been in today for a hair colouring, wash & blow-dry and I'm very satisfied with the result. I didn't expect any surprises on the colour as that is pretty standard :) but Vencel was very diligent with everything so my hair is now coloured uniformly and it looks very good from the blow-drying as well. He's also been a very good chat companion so all in all, great experience today, just like the previous ones :) I'm starting to get accustomed to only great experiences over at your salon :) Thanks again and Have a lovely rest of the week, Monica

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Brilliant service as always from the excellent Amber; one of the best hairdressers I've ever visited (and I've visited a lot). My 2nd visit at Rehab with Sofia. The customer service here is great from the moment you walk through the door. The wash station area is a dream, having the chair massage on whilst having my hair washed is heaven! 😍 Sofia is soo warm and knowledgeable about hair. Thanks again Sofia, see you soon.

Jake was great made my 8 year old son feel settled he was very polite asking if he could put the cloak on him also making sure my son is used to the clippers very friendly kept my son at ease the whole time would totally recommend this stylist and hairdressers to anyone
