The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. The attention to detail, professionalism and skill is unmatched. They are both kind and accommodating especially with my unpredictable work schedule. Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. I had an amazing experience with Ongie, her house was very clean and comfortable as well as the lash table. I was there for 3 Hrs and my back didn’t start aching at all unlike most others places over been. The lashes she did were beautiful and we talked the entire time, some of the best convos I’ve had in a while. Very much recommend Ongie!!
