The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. I’ve never had lash extensions before and I am literally blown away. They are ridiculously pretty, and very natural looking - with just enough pizazz to really draw attention to my eyes. I’m beyond thrilled with the result. Comfort is a master of her craft and my hour long appointment flew by with her insightful and charming conversation. The application was comfortable and I am not aware of the lashes at all.. except when I look in the mirror!! Gorgeous gorgeous girls get their lashes done by Comfort! I will definitely be back!

Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. PERFECT!! I am obsessed with my brows! I had an HD brow bleach and tint done and it came out amazing! Layla is an expert fr and knows exactly how to shape your brows. The bleach is extremely good - I literally cannot spot the bleached brows on my face. I had high expectations coming in, having seen her previous work, but she still managed to outdo my expectations! Had an overall amazing experience and will definitely be coming again.

Jade from Jem Lashes is awesome. She is accomodating, patient and the best at doing lashes. I have had many lashes done by various experts but her quality of work and technique way exceeds my expectations and over ranks my previous lash technicians by far. I normally get lash extensions done with Parisa, which are always excellent. This is my second time getting a lash lift done with her. Unfortunately the lash lift didn’t take the first time around for some reason, but she was kind enough to not charge me for it. I went back for another try and was so glad that I did. Honestly, my lashes look like I have extensions. Parisa is amazing!

Amazing! Had a lash lift and tint done. Barely felt a thing. The environment was soothing and I even fell asleep a few times while getting the lash lift and tint done. Layla is very kind and sweet as well and explained the process beforehand. She also provided instructions for how to care for my lashes afterwards. I asked for a more curled look and she delivered! My lashes look stunning. 10/10 experience!
