Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease. I had an excellent waxing experience an would highly recommend this practioner. From the moment i arrived the environment was clean, professional and welcoming. Hygiene and cleanliness are especially important for treatments like waxing, and everything was handled to very high standards.
