I had my HIFU treatment at novaderm yesterday and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and the clinic has such a calm, beautiful atmosphere. A special thank you to Charnelle, who was absolutely amazing. Tharwah 🤗 the most beautiful, sweetest, caring and loving person I have ever known. She truly is the best at what she does and it definitely shows in her work. I went for a underarm wax and a dermaplaning , she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. That massage 💆🏻‍♀️ she does just absolutely amazing. First time getting a Hollywood wax and I was really nervous, but the experience was much better than I expected. It was a bit painful at times, but the therapist; Lauren K Kincaid made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout. The results were super smooth and clean, definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back!

Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. I'm not surprised, my experiences has always found Mushfiekah attentive and client- focussed. Seriously, if you need to pamper yourself, book with Mushfiekah!

I had an excellent waxing experience an would highly recommend this practioner. From the moment i arrived the environment was clean, professional and welcoming. Hygiene and cleanliness are especially important for treatments like waxing, and everything was handled to very high standards. Her technique was gentle yet efficient which made the experience far less painful than expected. The results was smooth and thorough. Overall it was professional, comfortable and with great results. I had such a wonderful experience at Layala’s Lab! I went for dermaplaning and an eyebrow tint and I’m so happy with the results. My skin feels amazing and my brows look perfect. Layala is so professional yet so down-to-earth, which made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. The treatment itself was incredible.I felt pampered the entire time. I had a really lovely experience. The space was clean, professional and calming. Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease. I did a dermaplane facial, lash set and cavitation slimming session with Saffiyah. I'm absolutely glowing from the facial, absolutely love my lashes and have lost so much cms from the slimming sessions as well! She is amazing!!!
