I highly recommend classes at Lifestyle Fitness with Monique. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and designs a tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness needs. As someone who struggles with mobility and has difficulty with everyday movement, Monique was able to help me achieve one of my personal goals which was to get up off the floor independently and safely. Haven’t felt this great in a long time with my chronic illness. The hocaut with the foot bath seems to be doing the trick. I’m even using ozone on an abscessed tooth now. The best healing clinic ever!!!
