I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly.
