Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

I’ve been training with Adam for a few months now and honestly can’t recommend him enough. As a gay personal trainer in Manchester, he creates such a safe, welcoming space. His sessions are tailored, motivating and inclusive – perfect whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness. It’s rare to find someone who understands your goals and your identity. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. 10/10.

I’ve been training with Adam for about four months now, and as a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer. Adam is incredibly patient and takes the time to guide me through the whole process, helping me become familiar with all the equipment and exercises. I’m usually quite nervous about putting myself in a new environment, especially a gym full of machines and strangers, and at first it was difficult for me to get started. But Adam always supported me and carefully walked me through everything step by step, which really helped build my confidence.

He took the time to understand the situation and mechanics and has helped to manage it using various treatments resulting in a definite improvement in pain levels.
