Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Ryan has helped my teenager with a couple of injuries and his approach has been age appropriate, explaining how to best complete their recovery in a meaningful way. Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

Chloe, gave me a much needed deep muscle tissue massage in the week before my half ironman. It helped me achieve a fantastic time! Then the day after the race i had a hot stones massage to aid recovery, which definitely worked. I continue to highly recommend Chloe.

Chloe has worked miracles on my rotator cuff injury, my range of movement has increased from about 50% to 95% - which is great after 3/6 months of physios giving me not very good exercises. I would highly recommend her

His sessions are tailored, motivating and inclusive – perfect whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness. It’s rare to find someone who understands your goals and your identity. I’ve been training with Adam for about four months now, and as a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer. Adam is incredibly patient and takes the time to guide me through the whole process, helping me become familiar with all the equipment and exercises. I’m usually quite nervous about putting myself in a new environment, especially a gym full of machines and strangers, and at first it was difficult for me to get started. But Adam always supported me and carefully walked me through everything step by step, which really helped build my confidence.

Superb experience with Chloe who performed a sports massage on me. I have had sports massages before, yet Chloe is superior. The reasons why are 1) the way she moves your body / limbs whilst massaging 2) the technique she uses to isolate specific muscles due to her knowledge of the anatomy and insight into body conditioning / mobility and overall health and fitness 3) She blended the excruciating pressure (which I asked for) with hot stones to help soothe the muscles. Chloe is attentive and provides an individualised approach. You don’t feel she is just going through the motions.

First time ever getting lip filler- and Callum was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive when explaining the process, aftercare and the initial evaluation! He answered all of my questions, and really put my mind at ease about the whole process. After the treatment I was worried about some of the swelling, and he invited me in the very next day to help calm any concerns I had! I’m now left with gorgeous, natural looking lips- that’s given me such a confidence boost! I couldn’t recommend him more!
