Personal Training – 8 Sessions 

Train with Adam Emblen, a personal trainer in Manchester who helps clients feel confident, capable, and safe in the gym. This 90-minute session is perfect for anyone who doesn’t necessarily want ongoing personal training but would like a detailed one-to-one gym induction.

You’ll learn how to set up and use machines correctly, improve your technique, and build confidence to train safely on your own. The session covers form, safety, and how to make the most of your workouts.

Each session is held in person at Manchester Aquatics Centre or another Better UK gym in the city.

£100 total (90 minutes)
