I’ve been recommending Anastasia to my friends and family as I’m so pleased with the outcome following my 1st appointment. I was suffering with a tight calf and painful feet. Anastasia provided a very thorough consultation, effective treatment and provision of exercises for me to complete at home. My recovery time was much shorter than I’d anticipated. I have seen Anastasia at my daughter's recommendation. I went for plantar fascia and severe back pain and a burning sensation. She is very friendly, kind and understanding. Listens and observes her client and approaches with care and sensitivity. Her friendly approach makes you relax and trust her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she explains everything very clearly. She doesn’t just give a massage she heals you with her healing hands. The exercises she gives afterwards are always helpful for the future. I will continue seeing her. Thank you very much, Anastasia.

What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

I’ve been training with Adam for about four months now, and as a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer. Adam is incredibly patient and takes the time to guide me through the whole process, helping me become familiar with all the equipment and exercises. I’m usually quite nervous about putting myself in a new environment, especially a gym full of machines and strangers, and at first it was difficult for me to get started. But Adam always supported me and carefully walked me through everything step by step, which really helped build my confidence.

Again I've had the most amazing relaxing massage, pressure was superb, in the areas where I needed, Amy is so good at what she does, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when I got home. I will definatley be back for a full body hot stones massage soon..
