Book with a physiotherapist OR sport rehabilitation clinician to address your injury. Both are registered health care professionals and degree-level trained. Both can assess and treat your injury and help you return to your work, sport or hobbies.

'Seeing a physio' is a common phrase when in pain, but both clinicians have the skills and knowledge to help your injury and will essentially provide the same approach.

Injury / Pain Consultation & Assessment

Our services help people suffering from pain, injury, or illness involving the musculoskeletal system – the muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones, joints, spine, and nerves. We help people of all ages to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury, and reduce pain. We also specialise with pre and post-surgical rehabilitation for joint replacement (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder etc) and reconstruction surgery (such as ACL, Achilles etc).

Sports Massage

We require you book an initial consultation, unless you have a referral from an allied healthcare professional, before we can complete any shockwave treatment so that we can establish your Shockwave Therapy needs alongside any other issues or rehabilitation. 
We will include this assessment fee within a 4-session package as shown on our website and adjust any pricing at your first appointment.  

This evidence-based treatment is appropriate for most muscle, tendon, joint, ligament and bone injuries. The results are usually noticeable after the first treatment. A course of 3-6 sessions is typically advised to compliment your rehabilitation programme so that recovery is focussed and optimised.

You will feel some discomfort during this treatment - this is how we know we are focusing the treatment in exactly the correct place and gaining the most benefit!

This 60 minute appointment provides an effective shockwave treatment for a four areas.

This is a bespoke assessment looking at your specific strengths and weaknesses which tell us about your risk of injury in the sport that you do. We assess movement restrictions, muscle and joint force output, movement control, all interlinked with your background, sport, lifestyle, training experience, previous injury and health history. You receive a personalised plan to manage and/or improve relevant issues, and a clear understanding of 'why your body does what it does'.
