New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

It was my first time going for a hair consult and a hair cut with Elena, I was so happy with the result, Elena is such a professional and talented hair stylist, I was so pleased with her services, I left feeling so refreshed and my hair had so much life put back into it. The vibe of her salon is so ZEN as well, it's super cozy and relaxing. 😊. On a side note - Elena is such a genuine sweet person. Felt like the stylist had all the time in the world for me. She walked me through the haircut and offered styling tips and told me to come back free of charge if I needed curling tips. Great little salon. My haircut is great, and will definitely be going back!

Over the past year, I’ve been coming in every 4–6 weeks as part of a plan to keep my hair looking its best. At each visit, Elena takes care of a root touch-up, and as I grow out my bob, we’ve mapped out when to trim and when to tone. I love the product line that she carries and everyone once in a while I leave with something new to try. I highly recommend Elleven Hair Studio for those who don’t just want a cut or color, but a true partnership in achieving and maintaining their best hair.
